A valid passport and missionary visa are required for travel to Singapore.

Passport Requirements:

Original, signed passport valid for 6 months beyond stay in Singapore, with at least one blank passport page available for Singapore visa stamp. Amendment pages in the back of the passport are not suitable for Singapore visas.

Singapore Visa Application Form:

One original Singapore visa application form per applicant properly completed on-line, printed and signed, plus one copy. In the line for occupation put: MISSIONARY. Improperly completed Singapore visa applications may delay the processing of your missionary visa.

Photo Requirements:

Two recent (taken within the last 3 months) 2 x 2 passport type photographs, in color, front view and with a plain/white background.


OR - you can upload a passport photo to the Global Service Order Form when you place your order, instead of providing physical passport photos.

Other Forms:

Written synopsis of any talk the applicant is giving relating directly or indirectly to any religion, or involved in any activity concerning religion.

Other Requirements:

Copy of the registration papers of the organization registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority or professional bodies.

Special Instructions:

Any document submitted in a language other than English must also have a translation into English.

Global Service Order Form:

This is Travisa's service order form, where you will provide your contact and shipping information, choose the visa processing needed and make your payment. You must print the completed form and send it to Travisa with all other supporting documents.
